These requirements do not cover:

• Suspended scaffold components,
• Accessories for use with or in the erection of fixed or rolling scaffolds,
• The construction or installation of scaffolding,
• Hoists intended for use with suspended scaffolds, or
• Suspended platforms utilizing angled or articulating sections, or
• Platforms with more than two suspension points.
